Account & Registration

To open an account on Sonabaji, you'll need an active mobile number or email address and a National ID (NID). You must be at least 18 years old. Registration takes just 2–3 minutes — fill in the form, verify your number with an OTP, and you're ready to go. For the full process, Registration Page View.

No, only one account per person is permitted on Sonabaji. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and violates our policy, which may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Using duplicate accounts to claim bonus benefits will lead to account termination along with forfeiture of any balance.

On the login page, and click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and an OTP will be sent to you. Verify your identity with the code and set a new password. The entire process takes under 5 minutes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification protects your account and is required before your first withdrawal. Upload photos of the front and back of your NID or passport, along with a selfie, from your Account Settings. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Payments & Transactions

The minimum deposit on Sonabaji is just ৳500. This limit applies equally across bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level and is generally up to ৳50,000 per day.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours. If KYC verification is not complete, your first withdrawal may take longer. Bank transfers can take 1–2 business days. Requests made after 11 PM will be processed the following morning.

After a successful deposit, your balance is usually updated within 5–10 minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, email support@sonabaji.com with your transaction ID or reach out via live chat. No funds are ever lost — all transactions are recorded.

Sonabaji does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, mobile banking services (bKash/Nagad) apply their own cash-out charges as per their respective policies. There are no charges for bank transfers.

No, bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x). Winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable only after the required bet amount has been played through. For full terms, Bonus page provided there.
Betting Rules

Live betting lets you place bets on matches in real time as they unfold. Odds change from moment to moment, and it may take a few seconds for a bet to be confirmed after placing it. If the odds change before your bet slip is confirmed, the system will display the updated odds — your bet will only be placed once you agree to the new odds. For more details, in the Betting Guide .

If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that match are automatically voided and the full stake is refunded to your account within 24 hours. However, if a cricket match has progressed beyond 5 overs, the Duckworth-Lewis method may apply.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, certain events offer a Cash Out option that lets you settle your bet before the match ends and secure a partial return. This feature is not available on all events — if you see a Cash Out button on your bet slip, the option is active.

Yes, there is a maximum payout limit for each event and bet type. This can range from ৳50,000 to ৳5,00,000 depending on the event. The maximum payout is shown on the bet slip when placing a bet. For large bets, please contact our support team.

Once you receive a free bet, you'll see a "Use Free Bet" option on the bet slip. The free bet stake is not returned — only the winnings are credited to your balance. Free bets are typically valid for 7 days and will expire automatically if unused.

The Sonabaji app is available directly from our App page is available for download there. Android users can download and install the APK file directly. The App Store link for iOS users is provided on that page. Downloading the app from third-party sites is not safe — always use the official link.

To install the APK on Android, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. You can turn it off again after installation. When a new update is available, you'll receive an automatic notification when you open the app. Android users can update directly from within the app. iOS users will need to update via the App Store. Always keep the app on the latest version — new features and security patches are added regularly.

Log in to the app with your password, then go to Settings → Security → Biometric Login and enable fingerprint or Face ID. From then on, you can log in with just your fingerprint or face. Your phone must already have biometrics set up to use this feature.
Security & Privacy

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Choose between SMS or an Authenticator App (such as Google Authenticator). With SMS, an OTP will be sent to your phone each time you log in. The Authenticator App method is more secure and works without an internet connection. Enabling 2FA reduces the risk of your account being hacked to nearly zero.

A strong password should be at least 12 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (!, @, #, $). Avoid using your date of birth or phone number as a password. Change your password every 3 months, and never reuse the same password across multiple sites.
