To register on Sonabaji, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own. Accounts created with false information may be closed without notice at any time, and the account balance may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one Sonabaji account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Sonabaji keeps this information strictly confidential and does not share it with third parties.

Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount in Sports Betting. If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once

Bet Acceptance

All bets on Sonabaji are confirmed electronically. Once a betting slip is confirmed, the corresponding amount is deducted from your account. If a bet fails to confirm due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.

In the event of a cancelled or incomplete match

• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes will be returned
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required time has been played, Sonabaji's standard rules will apply
• For any disputes regarding scores or results in live betting, the official result will be considered final
• If odds change, the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final

Maximum Win Limit

Sonabaji sets a maximum win limit on single bets. This limit may vary depending on the type of game and market. Full details are available in the individual bet description.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Sonabaji to protect the integrity of the platform. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in permanent account closure.

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms and conditions to claim bonuses through dishonest means
• Automated Betting: Placing bets automatically using software or bots
• Use of Third-Party Funds: Betting with another person's funds or managing an account on someone else's behalf

Voluntary Account Closure

To close your account, contact the support team by email. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you will need to go through the verification process again.

Limitation of Liability

Sonabaji is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or other unintended incidents. However, in such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to compensate affected users.
